Easy recommend.
We did the full sushi tour. Nigiri was clean, fish was fresh, rice was seasoned properly. The maki rolls held together and the flavours stayed sharp rather than buried under sauce. Solid all around. The wagyu sandwich was the surprise. Thick cut of beef, crispy breading, soft milk bread, you eat it slowly because you don't want it to end. Vibe is warm without being loud, service is sharp and unobtrusive, the lighting works whether you're on a date or out with friends. It's a bit pricy for Canggu but the quality matches the bill. Coming back, just not weekly.

Best matcha in Bali, full stop. Banana protein drink tastes like coffee in the best way, came with real macros. The ice cream palette is five flavours on a paint board. They even draw your faces on the cups.

Proper Vietnamese in Canggu without the Bali markup. Banh mi with real baguette crust, pho broth that tastes long-simmered, crispy spring rolls, Vietnamese drip coffee dripping into condensed milk on the side. He's at 9, she's at 8.5.

Smash burgers done properly. TOG with extra patties is the move if you want protein. The DOG ran a touch drier but flavour was there. Waffle fries, crispy and properly salted, the only side and that's plenty.
